relationship with Lowe’s and opened 7 new Lowe’s in 2007. These are
fast-track construction jobs with demanding schedules. We have an
extensive group of subcontractors who travel well for Lowe’s. Typical
Lowe’s are 119,000 SF.
Clark Construction has built 1,800,000 SF of
Wal-Mart anchored retail shopping centers averaging 27,000 SF per center
since 2001. We understand the tenant requirements and timely completion
to the developer’s satisfaction and ultimately the tenant’s

superintendents who have been trained to deliver consistently quality
