Southwest Distributors is the local distributor for Anheuser-Busch. Clark Construction was selected as the design/build contractor for a new state of the art facility in Summit, MS. This development includes 11,500 SF of offices, 41,000 SF of warehouse and 6,000 SF of truck garage for a total of 58,500 SF. This facility includes an advanced security monitoring system with keyless locks throughout the facility.

It features a unique Anheuser-Busch stained glass logo in the front entrance. The extensive refrigeration was designed to maintain the cooler temperatures to meet the strict Anheuser-Busch requirements, which is monitored and charted 24 hours per day. Warehouse floors were poured with laser screeds with a multi-coat treatment of Ashford Formula, which produced an excellent finished product.
